Times and Fees

Arrival after 6 PM on Fridays – departure by 5 PM on Sundays. Other times on request. To maximise the use of the site, other groups may be occupying the site at the same time.

Woking District Scouts
No chargefor camping or day visitors
  • Just £200.00 for Family Camps (for whole camp)
  • No charge to use Birch Lodge or The Retreat (including use of kitchen, heaters and other facilities)
  • No deposit needed
  • No cancellation charge
Other Scout and Guide Groups
£5.00per camper per night
  • £2.50 per day visitor per day
  • £20.00 (max. of £80.00) per day for use of Birch Lodge or The Retreat (including use of kitchen, heaters and other facilities)
  • £50.00 non-refundable deposit payable on booking
  • £50.00 cancellation fee
D of E & other youth groups
£5.50per camper per night
  • £20.00 (max. of £80.00) per day for use of Birch Lodge or The Retreat (including use of kitchen, heaters and other facilities)
  • £50.00 non-refundable deposit payable on booking
  • £50.00 cancellation fee

Deposits and Family Group camp fees must be paid at time of booking and are non-refundable.

These rates may change depending on when you book.  Please check before you book.

To qualify for sole occupancy of the campsite, you must have 50 campers or over. If your numbers fall below 50, a charge of £75 will be added to your invoice.
